Even though Zagreb may seem gloomy, there are still fun events and festivals going on even after “advent” has been put away for another year (7th of January). Additionally, on the 6th, you can enjoy a day off at home celebrating Epiphany with your family, as well as have the opportunity to attend the holy mass, at noon, located in Kapelica. Moreover, the 29th IHF Men’s Handball World Championship starts on the 14th and lastsinto February. Finally, chess lovers will be ecstatic when they hear that an International Open Chess Tournament, called the New Zagreb Classic, begins on the 31st and ends on the 2nd of February as well.
