Erasmus, the European Union’s flagship program for education, training, youth, and sports, fosters international collaboration and mobility. It provides students and educators with opportunities to experience different cultures, engage in cross-border learning, and develop global competencies. As a long-standing member of the Erasmus community, MIOC actively embraces these opportunities, enriching its students’ educational journeys.
This year’s “Erasmus Days”, celebrated from October 14 to 17 highlighted. Since its beginnings, our school has grown into a key participant, now holding an Erasmus certificate for 2022–2027. This certificate supports MIOC’s “STEPS project”, which has already seen 18 months of developments.
Erasmus Days offered a platform for students to share their experiences from various activities within the program. They reflected on how Erasmus has broadened their perspectives, fostered teamwork, and enhanced their learning. A video prepared by MIOC Erasmus team members, Noela Bazianec and Luka Barbić, showcased these insights and brought the Erasmus experience to life.
Through Erasmus, MIOC continues to build bridges across borders, preparing students for future where international collaboration and understanding are essential. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming activities and opportunities in this program.
